Abstract: This study conducted at Nam Dinh University of Nursing based on concept that Positive attitude towards occupational exposure can help nursing students self-correct their behavior in the prevention of blood and body fluid exposure. This paper aims to describe final-year nursing students’ attitude of Nam Dinh University of Nursing towards preventing exposures to blood and body fluids. Related to research methods, Final year full-time nursing students were randomly selected to answer questionnaires. Research results show The mean score of the attitude towards the prevention of exposure to blood and body fluids was 3.69 ± 0.22 points. In which, mean scores of students’ attitude towards severity; the importance of preventive measures; the role of solving, reporting, treating and monitoring post-exposure; self confidence; barriers to the practice of preventive measures are in turn 4,00 ± 0,41 points; 4,23 ± 0,43 points; 3,84 ± 0,48 points;2,8 ± 0,47 points; 3,61 ± 0,43 points. Authors conclude that attitude of final-year nursing students of Nam Dinh University of Nursing towards preventing exposures to blood and body fluids is moderate with mean score is 3,69 ± 0,22 points/5 points. Final-year nursing students have positive attitude towards severity and the importance of preventive measures but have negative attitude towards self confidence to do prevention measures to blood and body fluid exposures.

Abstract: Today, there are several diagnostic methods that allow you to determine the exact size and nature of periapical formations. In addition, there are studies that describe the thickening of the sinus mucosa in patients with periapical lesions and show a causal relationship. Objectives: This study was to study the morphological changes in the cysts of the maxillary sinus. Methods: 50 patients with maxillary sinus cysts were evaluated. A total of 50 maxillary sinuses (13 men and 12 women) were analyzed taking into account changes in density in the sinus cavity. The thickening of the sinus mucosa and periapical lesions was measured in the caudal-cephalic direction. The axial and sagittal axes were taken as a basis on the sagittal and coronal sections. The presence of opacities was not directly related to periapical lesions. Conclusions. Lesions of the maxillary sinus floor have been associated with chronic periapical lesions larger than 4 mm. Clouding or thickening of the sinus mucosa was not associated with periapical lesions.

Abstract: The learning approaches in healthcare would aim at phenotyping the disease based on clinical as well as physiological characteristics as ideally disease is defined and diagnosed by a combination of clinical symptoms and physiologic abnormalities. The medicine today is advanced into new realm with the growth of applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in healthcare. This is important as we will not be addressing the target population for a specific disease alone; rather predict the likely outcome of the related disease in an unknown population of interest with the knowledge gained. This is of utmost focus especially with rare diseases, the data for which are available in lower volumes. Further, prediction outcomes available at earlier stages are important to prepare points of care to handle disastrous outcomes resulting from the diseases.
